Gungahlin United Football Club has been an integral part of the football landscape in Canberra for over 20 years. Whilst passionately proud of its history and its achievements in the sport, GUFC is well focused on its future and in particular, its determination to develop the Club into a modern organisation with a vision for its football program and state of the art facilities.

About the job
Gungahlin United FC is looking for a National Premier League Boy’s Technical Director under 13’s to under 18’s who has a comprehensive understanding of the National Football Curriculum and the roles and responsibilities involved in this important role.
You must have a minimum FA B coaching licence (or working towards this) or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years coaching experience.
It is also advantageous that you have experience in maintaining and improving an ongoing program for the development of coaches & players and identifying up and coming talent. Communication and organisational skills are paramount.
We are looking for a candidate that can help identify talent from a young age and be able to make recommendations for these boys to enter our Senior program.
You will also work closely with the Pathways Technical Director as to the progress of the club’s pre-NPL program as it transitions to the NPL Boys.
