We are looking for a new Director of Community to join the Gungahlin United Executive

The Community stream of Gungahlin United Football Club is the heart and soul of GUFC.  Comprised of our Mini Roos, Juniors, Senior State League and Masters, the Community side of Gungahlin United is where three of our six values come into play – ” inclusiveness, community and enjoyment” – that’s why families choose Gungahlin for both competitive and non–competitive community sport. Many of our Juniors then go on to pursue football careers through our Pathways, NPLY and NPL/NPLW streams and on to representative, A league and international contracts.

Gungahlin United Football Club is looking for new blood to join our Executive Committee. The role of Director of Community is a role that focus’s  on leading our 1300 strong Community players in the  various ACT Community Football competitions. Working with our current Executive Committee the Director of Community will help shape the direction of our Community football winter programs as well as provide leadership to help improve and provide strategic direction to the operations of the Club.
