Pathways 2022

Our Pathways program has now been running successfully for two seasons and in 2021 we announced that Sam Mcloughlin-Wilden had joined the program as the Pathways Technical Director and that we strengthened our program with the introduction of an Under 11/12 Girls Pathways Team. This gave our young girls within GUFC the chance to continue their football journey within the High Performance stream.

We encourage all players aspiring to be a part of the Performance stream within GUFC to attend our trials. In addition to developing and skilling the most promising players, it’s important to note that GUFC is a values-based club that has a heavy focus on commitment, respect, professionalism and enjoyment.  We expect our players to be committed to the values of the Club as much as they are to their own personal growth and development.

GUFC Pathways Trials

The GUFC Pathways Trials are held each year in Term 4 following on from the NPLY trials.   Our timetable depends on COVID, ground availability and ensuring we can work with Capital Football schedules.
