Hey GUFC 2023 Goal Keepers! Who wants some skills development?
We’ve got a wealth of talent in our goal keeper ranks in both the NPLW and NPLM space which means we can offer our U8-U18 year old goal keepers a skill development program!
Starting with Emily Kelly, one of our American imports and new signings for the National Premier League Women, who has an impressive collegiate GK resume.
⚽Emily has joined us from the University of Buffalo in New York where she started in 88 games during her collegiate career finishing as Buffalo’s all-time winning goalkeeper with 54 wins and currently holds the University record with 35 shutouts while ranking third in program history in career goals against average (0.934) and eighth in career saves (331).
⚽In her final season in Buffalo, Kelly became the second player in school history to be named Second Team All-American, while also earning Mid-American Conference Goalkeeper of the Year and First Team All-MAC honors.
⚽She has also been named the United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Region Team two times.
Targeted at our Community Juniors and 8-9s MiniRoos, our GK Skill Development program will run one night a week for eight weeks at the cost of $150.
